Responsibilities
- Own the global HubSpot infrastructure for the CS team. Drive account assignments, territory mapping and data hygiene across all regions, ensuring a unified one Clara operational standard.
- Design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase. Transform raw multi-country data into actionable narratives that help leadership understand business impact and team performance.
- Lead the technical setup for customer facing campaigns worldwide. Define segments, collaborate with Growth Marketing on global messaging and track performance using Amplemarket and HubSpot.
- Serve as the global point of contact for CS operational inquiries. Lead the training and onboarding for new hires across regions, ensuring high adoption of our tools and automated workflows.
