About the role

The Sales Operations Analyst will perform a variety of activities in support of the Sales team and the rest of the organization. These activities include regular reporting of sales bookings, open orders, and invoicing, in addition to ad hoc reporting requests from sales management and national field sales. The Analyst will become an expert with company reporting tools to provide insights into performance, develop metrics, and synthesize data to support decision making within the sales team. The Analyst will be responsible for tracking and verifying assignments related to sales credit for commissions, particularly for Solution Sales. The Analyst will assist in maintaining accurate customer assignments in CRM and ERP systems that drive customer profitability calculations.
