**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Process Production and Spot Buy Purchase Orders via SAP ERP System
- Process Temp PO
- Process price updates in SAP on timely basis and make sure retros are run for Finance
- Assist in creating or changing Customer Master Data
- Support EDI Team with new customer set up with partner description code validation in SAP
- Support BO team on SIOP Price updates for each Forecast round
- Support AR Team being a Sales Team representative for price discrepancies, expiring prices, invoice resubmissions, etc.
- Maintain PCE Dashboard from PO stage to Payment stage
- Support Finance with annual purchase order audit and price audit
- Support with ad hoc reports
**Skills and abilities**:
- Understanding or knowledge of sales processes, order administration processes, etc.
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks
