Your Responsibilities:
Process B2B customer orders and coordinate with the logistics department to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
Prepare invoices and monitor incoming payments and outstanding receivables
Maintain and update customer master data
Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support
Manage customer complaints and returns, including credit note processing
Manage and maintain condition contracts
