Job Description
- Ensure timely reimbursement of the claims of sales distributors (within 7 days) for both EBM & CFL.
- Manage all the expense claims which include those of gondolas, legend leads, branding and key accounts.
- Ensure document completion for all the claims to avoid delays in the process.
- Validate all the supporting documents before processing them to finance.
- Verify the invoices and the claims and update the SAP accordingly.
- Manage sales returns and stale damages, verify the barcodes of the goods returned.
- Ensure all the expenses are done within the allocated budget and hold the claims if the budget is exhausted.
