Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including
hair care, cooking edible oils, spices, and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
Negotiates pricing, promotions, and contracts
Ensures product listing, visibility, and shelf space
Tracks sales performance and targets
Coordinates with supply chain and marketing teams
Plans in-store promotions and campaigns
