We are seeking a motivated, organised, and customer-focused Sales & Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with the efficient administration of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in-store, telephonically, and via email
- Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Operating and maintaining the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Capturing and updating customer and sales information accurately
