• Actively promote and demo baby products to consumers on the retail floor
• Guide first-time parents (and grandparents!) to the right products with in-depth product knowledge
• Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets, upsell and cross-sell to grow basket size
• Build genuine rapport with customers to drive loyalty and referrals
• Support in-store demos, roadshows, and promotional events

• Keep shelves stocked and displays looking their best per our VM guidelines
