Boutique Hotel in Morningside; Durban is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager. The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic sales initiatives, partnerships, corporate contracts and market development.

Revenue Generation

• Create viable & sustainable Hotel packages.
• Develop meeting & event revenue structure.
• Create & implement occupancy sales initiatives.
• Build long‑term revenue partnerships.

Market Development

• Conduct competitor analysis‑monthly.
• Develop luxury market positioning (CPT & JHB).
• Build travel trade relationships.
• Ensure 60% direct booking channels.

Client Management

• Interact with guests, conduct hotel tours.
• Prepare proposals and contracts.
• Maintain CRM databases.
• Manage repeat corporate business.
• Secure corporate travel contracts & accounts.
