JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES & MARKETING MANAGER – Mining & Steel, Thermal Power

Job Summary : Responsible for driving team to meet AOP targets for responsible region and monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Customer engagement and driving technical product sales in industries like Mining & Steel, Thermal Power

2. Plans proactively for current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); and adjusts sales strategy, plans, or activities accordingly.

3. Ensure the sales team maintains strong customer relationships and delivers exceptional customer service by visiting in fold and out of fold customers and generating opportunities.

4. Analyze sales data and prepare sales forecasts for the dealership's products and services.
