Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned products in line with business objectives and guidance from management.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders, through account planning, opportunity follow-up and relationship development.
- Support lead generation, customer qualification, quotation follow-up and sales opportunity tracking.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals and customer-facing materials.
- Serve as a key contact point for customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and commercial coordination.
- Support sales forecasting by providing customer demand updates, order pipeline information and market intelligence.
- Prepare and present periodic sales, pipeline, forecast and market intelligence reports.
