Position Overview

We are seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to drive new business, ensure a seamless experience for our couples, and strengthen our resort and vendor relationships. This is a hybrid role combining sales, client relationship management, and on-site resort engagement .

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Management
  • Identify new lead sources and creative opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Guide couples through our offerings, resort options, pricing, and packages to help them make confident decisions.
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure conversions.
• Couples Experience & Resort Communication
  • Act as the main point of contact between couples, resort wedding teams, and room block departments.
