We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Account Managers. This position is focused on people leadership, coaching, and consistent execution of sales processes rather than individual selling or business development.
The Sales Manager will work closely with team members in both office and customer settings, observing interactions, reinforcing structured sales practices, and providing real-time coaching and feedback. The primary objective is to strengthen team performance, improve customer engagement, and ensure consistent application of the organization’s sales approach.
This role requires a hands‑on leader who can support, mentor, and hold team members accountable while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
