Responsibilities
- Responsible for business development, marketing, channel operation and management in the Sao Paulo region of Brazil.
- Responsible for sales team's sales target setting, implementation and effect evaluation.
- Responsible for develop new Network Energy projects in Brazil.
- Responsible for the daily management of the local sales team in India and the capacity building of team members, reporting regularly (weekly/monthly/yearly) to the China headquarter to ensure that sales targets are met.
Qualifications
- Industry experience: Over 4 years of background in the Network Energy industry, with project sales experience, and in-depth insights into the market, industry, and customers.
- Product experience: Familiar with UPS, Precision AC products, Data center and competitors, able to flexibly develop marketing strategies based on product homogeneity and differentiation.
