Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Drive the team to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve results
- Track performance, analyse gaps, and take corrective action fast
- Willing to work extra hours when required to close deals and hit targets
