- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities through territory coverage, networking, and social media
- Meet with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver confident presentations on our products and services
- Build and manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting closure probability and tracking key metrics like headcount, attrition, and training needs
- Prepare quality sales and financial reports to support sales cadence
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and internal or external events
- Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, support, partner alliance, and marketing teams
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
