Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, identify and devise Business Development Plans and Sales Strategies for the Satellite Subscriptions(Airtime) Team, in alignment with Business Unit’s Objectives, to ensure profitability and growth in sales revenue
- Work with the Product Manager to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers’ needs
- Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers
- Liaise closely with the Technical Manager to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of systems and services to the customers
- Work with Network Support team on customers’ enquiries and maintain the relationship with existing customers
- Prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals in order to follow up on sales matters
