Empire Works Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow our sales team.

We are looking for a strong sales leader who understands the renovation and interior design industry , knows how to manage salespeople, set clear KPIs, develop effective sales strategies, and drive the team towards consistent results.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the renovation and/or interior design industry
• Proven experience managing a sales team of more than 5 salespersons
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Proven ability to set sales KPIs, targets, and performance standards
