**Your Role**:
- Generate value for both customers and Alva while exemplifying and promoting the company's core values.
- Build a revenue pipeline and successfully close deals.
- Partner with the commercial team to swiftly develop effective strategies for penetrating target markets and identifying key customers where our value proposition and capabilities align.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial sales agreements with a focus on adding value and fostering high-trust relationships with customers.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer challenges and relay this information to internal stakeholders.
- Full Time role, home based, eventual travels to HQ.

- Proven experience in business development or sales in the motion technology sector (e.g., servo motors, direct drive motors, drives, encoders, motion controllers, geared actuators).
