Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will plan and manage commercial activities, functions, and the assigned resources to guarantee budgeted sales volumes, defined profit margins, client loyalty and satisfaction, and continuous business development and growth based on the assigned portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Manages and monitors implementation of commercial plans to guarantee the sales volumes and profitability defined in the plan, for each business initiative.
- Develops customized processes of customer services to ensure client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Analyzes opportunities and new accounts to develop the account and/or project service strategy.
- Manages client service and conducts actions towards key clients to maximize the use of resources in the treatment of target accounts from channels and distributors.
