Neatmetric is looking for a Sales Manager / Team Lead to oversee daily outbound sales performance and support consistent team production.
We’re seeking a hands‑on sales leader who can coach representatives in real time, improve close rates, maintain script and process discipline, and build a performance‑driven sales culture.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily sales floor performance across a team of outbound sales representatives
- Monitor key sales metrics including closes, callbacks, transfers, pitch quality, objections, and revenue production
- Lead daily huddles, motivation meetings, and mid‑day resets to maintain urgency and momentum
- Coach representatives through live calls, post-call reviews, and call audits
- Train new hires on scripts, rebuttals, call flow, objection handling, and closing techniques
