Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new MICE opportunities via cold calling, social selling, networking, and industry outreach; represent the company at local and international trade shows to build pipeline and drive revenue from new industries and niche markets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, PCOs, event agencies, and brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor for repeat business and evolving event needs
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations, conduct venue site inspections, and present solutions aligned to client requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to balance profitability with client satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution and accurate handover of requirements
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and MICE industry developments while maintaining accurate CRM records, pipelines, and client data
