Responsibilities
- Must be able to drive revenue by selling our event space, rooms and F&B Outlets.
- Grow our G&C, incentive, corporate groups and exhibition room nights.
- Build and maintain strong co‑operative and professional relationships with unit management and clients.
- Deliver and drive strategies for MICE segments.
- Participate in department budgeting and forecasting.
- Work with government bodies and local authorities.
- Set sales targets for the hotel and plan toward achieving the goal.
- Have contacts in the local market / international market.
- Conduct sight visits and inspections by hosting current as well as future clients.
- Understand, create, and prepare proposals and quotes.
- Plan and stage client functions, site inspections; follow‑up post‑function on client satisfaction.
