We are seeking a driven and strategic commercial leader to join our expanding sales organization. This is a 100% on - site position , ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, leads by example, and builds strong customer relationships based on trust and consistency. The role requires managing and developing a sales team while ensuring disciplined execution and strict processes with tight follow - up structures across all commercial activities.
This position involves frequent travel to different locations within the assigned territory to visit customers , support field activities, and maintain a strong commercial presence.
Key Responsibilities
