Sales Management & Strategy Implementation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement company marketing strategies, promos, and discounting policies.
- Oversee all sales transactions (financing and cash accounts) to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Sales Process & Operational Oversight
- Oversee the sales group’s daily operations, including showroom duties and sales activities.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales documents, pricing, and promotions.
- Facilitate the submission of account folders to the Marketing Department for unit confirmation, approval, invoicing, and vehicle delivery.
