Sales Manager

Job Description

The Sales Manager must build and lead a team of salespeople to help drive revenue. Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit his/her own and team’s quota or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.

Supervisory

• Develop sales strategies and plans, in conjunction with the AVP & VP sales to maximize market opportunities
• Train, develop and motivate subordinates to ensure optimum activity
• Assist Project Management Group in client change management, this includes changes in specs, modification of layout after project is closed
• Oversee subordinates and ensure that everyone meets targets and deliverables

Selling

• Achieve monthly and yearly target sales; build high quality sales network and channels in an effective and efficient manner
