What the role will entail
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, tools, and market insights to support CBG Relationship Managers and RBG Business Managers/Sales Officers in achieving cash management goals
- Promote and drive adoption of assigned cash management products, monitoring performance metrics such as throughput, CASA ADB/Float, and income by marketing unit
- Generate demand through client diagnostics, solution-based selling, and preparation of proposals in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Sales Officers
- Deliver client presentations, conduct internal seminars, and represent the Bank in functions related to cash management
- Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and coordinate with Product Management for enhancements based on proven business models
