Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the complete sales team
• Drive B2B sales and revenue generation
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Handle key client meetings, negotiations, and closures
• Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and conversion metrics
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
Mandatory Requirements:
• Strong experience in ERP / Accounting Software / SaaS Sales
• Hands-on experience with software/products such as ERP Solutions, Zoho, Vyapar, Tally or similar
business/accounting software
• Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership
• Strong B2B sales and business development background
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
