We are currently seeking a professional sales manager for sales of ferrosilicon to the European steel industry, with main focus on Scandinavia and Central Europe.
You will be part of a global team handling ferrosilicon sales from our plants in Norway, Iceland, Canada and Paraguay, to customers in Europe, Asia, North America and South America.
Most important areas of responsibility:
- Maintaining and developing customer portfolio and customer relations
- Keeping regular contact with customers pr telephone or video meetings
- Offering and negotiating quarterly and annual sales contracts with customers
- Representing Elkem in major industry conferences
- Visiting customers at their sites regularly
- Updating sales plans, budgets and forecasts on a regular basis
Qualifications required for the position:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience
- Hands on and responsive to customer requests
