What you’ll do
- Accountable for the P&L of the region Europe & South America for the Laboratory / Scientific Solutions business.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international commercial team to grow the business in a sustainable and profitable way. The focus will be on driving growth based on robust customer insights, relentless focus on results driven by a “can do mentality” and a strong sense of individual accountability.
- Develops the overall multi-year sales strategy for the region in line with the strategic priorities in premium, growth, and sustainability.
- Creates and executes a growth plan for the region based on in depth market insights and customer needs for dedicated touchpoints along the multi layered value chain.
- Ensures reliable sales performance to meet monthly turnover and margin targets, establishing long-term growth.
