Responsibilities
- Planning, directing and evaluating the sales operations as it relates to the service centre
- Lead sales team in increasing business by prospecting and securing opportunities with new and existing customers
- Determining sales strategies by maintaining, developing, and expanding existing customers
- Supporting the selection of prospects based on knowledge of industrial sectors
- Providing product technical knowledge to repair and maintenance staff
- Supporting failure analysis investigations
- Maintaining a current list of customer names, contacts, actions and requirements within the corporate CRM system (Office / SAP / C4C)
- Assisting in coordinating capital investment
- Manage and negotiate quotations for new business and repair works
- Assisting in troubleshooting manufacturing-related challenges
