What you will do
As a Sales Manager, Controls, you will drive the adoption of Johnson Controls’ BMS and controls technologies across Malaysia’s data centre ecosystem. You will engage with top hyperscalers, global and regional data centre operators, EPCs, consultants, and developers to position JCI solutions early in design cycles and influence critical engineering decisions.
- Drive BMS growth in the data centre sector by engaging early with key consultants, EPCs, and owners, positioning JCI cooling solutions in design/specifications, and influencing hyperscaler regional teams to secure procurement and pre‑qualification.
- Achieve assigned annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Prepare technical proposals, system designs, tenders and quotations.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers.
