Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new capital project opportunities in the upstream oil and gas market, especially floating production projects such as FPSOs, FSOs and FSUs.
- Build strong relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, shipyards, OEMs, package vendors, and other project influencers.
- Engage customers early in the project lifecycle (pre‑FEED, FEED, specification, and tender stages) to improve positioning and win rates.
- Promote the company’s products, solutions, and services to support project specifications and commercial success.
- Lead and manage the project sales pipeline, ensuring high‑quality opportunity development, regular follow‑up, and accurate forecasting.
- Guide and coach sales associates to improve pursuit effectiveness, sales discipline, and execution quality.
