Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete residential sales cycle from lead follow-up to final booking.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for seamless documentation and payment processing.
- Build strong client relationships, maintain accurate CRM records, and drive high conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
