**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).
- Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
- Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
- Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
- Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
