- 3 to 5 years hotel sales experience, preferably within Government, Corporate or Public Sector for hotels
- Sound understanding of government procurement, tender processes and compliance environments
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets and growing market share
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder relationship skills
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical ability
- Ability to manage multiple national priorities independently
- Multi-property or hotel group experience advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales or reporting systems
- Professional, diplomatic disposition with exceptional administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as operationally required
