Own BOOKR’s commercial footprint in Brazil by executing direct sales to schools and institutions and building a high-performing distributor network . You’ll report to the Head of Sales, run the local funnel in HubSpot , and hit regional ARR and adoption targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct selling – Identify, qualify, and close new business with public- and private-sector schools, language centres, and corporate buyers; conduct on-site / virtual demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Distributor prospecting – Map the ed-publishing and ICT reseller landscape, recruit strategic partners, negotiate terms, and onboard them to BOOKR’s playbooks and margin structure.
- Pipeline & reporting – Maintain clean deal, contact, and activity data in HubSpot; deliver weekly forecasts and KPI snapshots to the Head of Sales.
