Sales & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our Sales Department. The successful candidate will ensure smooth coordination between principals, clients, and internal teams by handling inquiries, quotations, shipment monitoring, and payment and logistics documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Send inquiries to foreign and local principals for pricing and technical details
• Source and coordinate with local principals or suppliers when required
• Prepare and issue quotations based on client requirements and principal responses
• Prepare payment requests for principal payments, duties and taxes, foreign charges, brokers billing, and reimbursement of local charges
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of payment documents prior to endorsement for approval
