Integon is a part of The Allstate Corporation, a leader in property and casualty insurance. The role focuses on generating potential policy sales and transferring them to agents.

Location: Tijuana, Baja California. On-site full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with internal customers and employees for follow-up purchases.
• Identifies the customer’s needs and responds with urgency and efficiency.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Functional Skills

• Ability to multi-task (talking and typing simultaneously).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
