The Sales Lead will be responsible for expanding, growing, and leading our Edmonton market. This role requires a player-coach who can balance personal production with the leadership and development of Account Executives (AEs). The MD will be expected to build a high- performing team, win new clients, and deliver exceptional results, even when faced with challenges.
