Responsibilities
- Manages all seller (In House & Alternative Channels) onboarding including collection of seller’s documentary requirements, creation and management of seller’s contracts, BP requests and seller reclassification and clearances
- Overall management of seller registration and compliance to the Housing and Land use Regulatory Board (HLURB) Presidential Decree 957
- Seller contract for In-House and Alternative Channels
- BP requests
- Review of all onboarding requirements including coordination with RED Finance on sellers status (VAT/NVAT)
- Coordination with HR on HMO processes (liquidation, LOAs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, any field
- With 3-4 Years experience in handling sales workforce administration, human resources, or similar
- Preferably with a background in the real estate industry <...
