Full‑Cycle Sales – Kombo AI (Barcelona | Hybrid)
Kombo AI builds software that helps sales teams sell better (more pipeline, better conversations, more wins).
We’re looking for a young, hungry, high‑energy full‑cycle seller who genuinely loves sales and wants to grow fast while helping us scale across Spain and new international markets.
The Role
You’ll own the full commercial cycle end‑to‑end:
- Prospect & generate pipeline (LinkedIn, email, outbound sequences, referrals, events)
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Demo the product and build business cases/ROI narratives
- Handle objections and drive deals to close
- Work closely with founders & product to sharpen positioning, pricing, and playbooks
- Help us open new markets (national + international) and build a repeatable GTM engine
