• Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations (fashion, apparel, accessories, Perfumes, Leather products).
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, materials, pricing, and brand story.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Build and maintain a database of clients, notifying them of new arrivals, exclusive promotions, and private sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and merchandise returns or exchanges professionally and efficiently.
