Sales Force Development Manager

This position manages the complete organizational learning cycle (analysis, design, delivery, and monitoring) in Spain and Portugal for sales force roles. The manager is responsible for developing the necessary competencies to execute the organization’s strategy, leading the training of Sales teams in both Business Units: Core Therapies (Primary Care) and Innovative Therapies (Neurology), while also supporting product launch training needs.

• Learning and Development Strategy: Identify training needs aligned with strategic priorities, design and implement training plans and specific campaigns. Manage the annual plan, budget, and training providers, evaluating results of actions taken.
