Sales Executive – Workforce Solutions

NTT DATA is a global leader in digital business and IT services. We're growing our Workforce Solutions practice and looking for a Sales Executive who can open doors and walk back through them — someone equally comfortable hunting for new logos as they are deepening relationships with existing clients.

• Prospect, engage, and close new clients for NTT DATA's staff augmentation and workforce solutions portfolio
• Manage and grow a book of existing accounts — identifying expansion opportunities and strengthening client partnerships
• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to commercial closure
• Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure client commitments are met
• Represent NTT DATA's value proposition with credibility and precision
