**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Representative** to drive inside sales revenue by acquiring and upselling orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall buying experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Management: Directing the sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, working closely with operations, quality, and other departments.
- Order Management: Managing order entry, overall order processing, and production reporting within internal systems.
- Customer Support: Supporting customers with questions or concerns throughout the sales process, including before, during, and after their purchases.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with outside sales teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive order growth by recommending complementary items and analyzing customer purchase history.
- Identifies opportunities and ways for continuous process improvements.
