Join Click&Boat as a Sales Executive, managing Spanish‑speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Understand customer needs and advise on boat selection, negotiating best options with owners – working from warm leads only.
  
• Maximize conversion by applying sales strategies and guiding customers through the process.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive repeat bookings.
  
• Achieve an annual target distributed monthly and/or quarterly; over‑performance is rewarded.
  
• Work at least one Saturday per month with a planned recuperation day.
