**Duties and Responsibilities**
As Sales Executive, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Sales & Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. My key role is to drive the right business at the right price to ensure the resort achieves budgeted occupancy, rate and revenue.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
+ Complete required departmental reports guide by the Director of Sales.
+ Creation of promotional material for the hotel on specific occasions in conjunction with Marketing.
+ Conduct site inspection and tours for travel agents/DMCs/journalist, supporting the Director of Sales.
+ Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
