Key Responsibilities:
● Consultative Selling: Use 'Needs Analysis' to recommend the right bike (e.g., Multistrada vs. Panigale) based on the customer's riding style.
● CRM Discipline: Update every customer interaction in the CRM daily; manage 'Lost Lead' analysis to improve conversion rates.
● PDI Oversight: Personally inspect the bike 24 hours before delivery to ensure it is polished and all accessories are fitted correctly.
● Test Ride Safety: Brief every customer on the electronics (Riding Modes, Traction Control) before they start a test ride.
