Sales Executive (Producer)

Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Growth team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary or Edmonton. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a mid‑sized book of business containing larger or nuanced Property & Casualty accounts across various industries, contributing to sales efforts for complex, high‑priority accounts owned by senior colleagues.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for managed accounts by understanding client needs, market trends, and Marsh’s product and service offerings.
• Conduct research and analysis on relevant markets and industries to identify potential relationship needs, target new buyer hubs, and expand the book of business.
